Who handles your information

FanWar is operated by the legal entity identified before launch in Australia. Contact the configured privacy contact before launch for privacy questions or rights requests.

Information we collect

• Checkout details such as the selected club, USD amount, payment status, Stripe identifiers, timestamps, and limited country codes.
• Optional display name and social handle when you choose to submit them for the public supporter wall.
• Technical and usage information needed for security, reliability, aggregate analytics, and abuse prevention.

FanWar does not receive or store complete card numbers. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

We use information to verify payments and refunds, update the leaderboard, display voluntarily supplied supporter names, respond to support requests, secure the service, meet record-keeping obligations, and measure product performance.

Analytics

When configured, DataFast processes website analytics for FanWar. The site uses DataFast's cookieless tracking mode, which may use session storage and short-lived pseudonymous signals for aggregate analytics. Visitor metrics are analytics-defined active traffic, not a count of persistent WebSocket connections.

Sharing and public information

Stripe and hosting, database, monitoring, and analytics providers process information as needed to supply their services. We do not publish payer email, billing address, card details, or private country metadata. An optional supporter display name or handle is public by design.

Retention and security

Financial ledger and transaction records may be retained for accounting, dispute, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Other records are retained only as reasonably needed. We use access controls and hosted Stripe Checkout, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may leave the optional identity fields blank. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to certain processing. Some transaction records must be retained even when public identity text is removed. Contact the configured operator to make a request.

International processing and updates

FanWar is global and service providers may process information in multiple countries. This notice may be updated as the product, providers, and legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
